The purpose of this newsletter is to bring the referee community up to date with a number of Touch NZ Referees matters that have occurred since the end of the season in March 2012.

A number of these matters were discussed at the annual meeting of the Touch NZ Referees Advisory Panel held on 18-19 May 2012 in Wellington. This meeting was attended by the Touch NZ Referee Advisory Panel (Darrin Sykes; Stu McDonald; Tony Cooper; and Andrew Timoti) and the Touch NZ National Referees Coordinator (Sandi Hackett) and Touch NZ National Referees Support Officer (Vanessa Smith).
