Kia ora Module Coordinators,

As we brought in the New Year we were greeted by disappointing news regarding the COVID Protection Framework, with the change to the Red setting. Meaning both Youth Nationals and Nationals tournaments were forced to be cancelled. It comes as a great disappointment to Touch New Zealand and the touch community but with the overall safety of our community in mind the decision had to be made.

We congratulate those modules who have managed to still run this season and we sympathize with those who haven't been able to run. It has been a difficult season for everyone involved in touch with more cancellations of events and various tournaments around the country, but as a community we have stuck together, supporting each other and providing touch where possible.
