Seeking Respect and Inclusion Support Officer


Touch NZ are looking to build on the current frameworks for Respect and Inclusion and AWHI, and embed strong and sustainable programmes, policies and processes for the sport of Touch. Could you be the person we are looking for?

To succeed you will have a strong track record of working in the Diversity and Inclusion, and/or cultural change and behaviour change programme areas. A strong communicator with a genuine passion for sport, community and wanting to make a difference in people’s lives.

You will be confident in developing and delivering respect and inclusion training programmes and resources and understand the role it can play in building engagement with the sports and the broader community.

In addition, you will be required to share thought leadership and best practice on all areas of Respect and Inclusion as well as helping identify key measurements, and monitoring progress. Developing existing and new relationships with key stakeholder groups and communities is a key aspect of this role as well as the importance to be self-sufficient while being part of a broader team.
