Ian Milne - current Touch NZ Tournament Director for the 2016 Open Trans Tasman Series announced his retirement from tournament management recently. To mark his dedication and commitment to Touch over the past several decades, Joe Sprangers (TNZ CEO) presented Ian with a moving farewell plaque at the 2016 Open Trans Tasman dinner whilst the NZ contingent performed a moving Haka.
