Touch NZ for the 2016-2017 season has introduced the below age grade change for Junior Nationals. 

Under 15’s now changed to Under 16’s 

Under 17’s now changed to Under 18’s 

Under 16 - must be 15 years or under, as at 31st December 2016 (Born in 2001 or 2002, i.e. cannot turn 16 in 2016) 

Under 18 - must be 17 years or under as at 31st December 2016 (Born 1999 or 2000, i.e. cannot turn 18 in 2016,)
