Counties Manukau Touch is searching for an Admin Superstar! Is this you? 

Counties Manukau Touch Association was formed in 1992 to facilitate the growing numbers of Touch players participating in the Counties Manukau Region, and to coordinate a representative program to enable regional representation at the annual Touch NZ National Tournament. 

We are seeking applications from experienced administrators with strong communication skills, demonstrated IT skills and who are highly organised for the part time Office Administrator position. 

Experience using Xero; including information input and Real time financial reporting is essential. 

Experience updating a CMS based Website, Social Media Management as well as management and maintenance of Cloud based software and databases would also be a competitive advantage. 

Due to Touch being a predominantly Summer sport, your workload may vary in and out of season, so flexibility with hours worked, agreed overtime and in some cases travelling is necessary. 

You will have exceptional people skills, the ability to converse with all personality types – both verbally and in written context. Some experience being involved with Sports would be ideal, however full training around processes and procedures will be provided. 

This role is part time, working a total of 25 hours per week. 

The position is based at Netball Manurewa Community and Events Centre. 

An immediate start is available.
