
Here’s another great recipe from Indomie. It’s a healthy mix of fresh and frozen vegetables, that’s quick to make - a tasty, easy and filling mid-week meal.
Indomie Veggie Friendly
Ingredients:
• 2 Packets of Indomie Mi Goreng
• 1 Tbsp sesame oil
• 1/2 Onion thinly sliced
• 1/2 Cup frozen mixed vegetables
• Chilli sliced diagonally (optional)
• 1 Cup bok choy
• Spring onion to garnish
• Tomato to garnish (optional)
Cooking Instructions:
1. Cook your Indomie noodles for 2 minutes and drain. Set aside.
2. Heat oil in a frying pan or wok . Stir-fry the onion.
3. Add frozen vegetables. Stir-fry for 2 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked. Add in the cooked Indomie noodles.
4. Next, add the chilli and bok choy. Keep stir-frying until the noodles are warm and bok choy has wilted.
5. Stir through all the seasonings from the sachet. Remove from the heat.6. Serve hot and garnish with spring onion and tomato.
