Indomie Mie-ffin


Here’s an easy recipe you can get the kids to help with – they’re the perfect little lunchtime snack.

Ingredients:

  • 2 packets of Indomie Mi Goreng Barbeque Chicken
  • 2 eggs, whisked.
  • 1 tsp dried mixed herbs.
  • Spring onions, sliced
  • Pinch of pepper
  • Parmesan and/or cheddar cheese, grated
  • Optional ingredients: Ham, bacon, corn, chopped and cooked meat/ vegetables etc. (This is the part where you can get creative and add whatever you like)

 

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180C. Lightly grease muffin pan.
  2. Cook Indomie noodles according to package instructions.
  3. Drain the noodles and mix with the seasonings.
  4. Mix together the noodles, dried herbs, eggs, spring onions, pepper and other optional ingredients.
  5. Spoon equal portions in muffin pans and top with cheese.
  6. Cook in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until set.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Serve as a light lunch with salad or as a snack.
