Here’s an easy recipe you can get the kids to help with – they’re the perfect little lunchtime snack.
Ingredients:
- 2 packets of Indomie Mi Goreng Barbeque Chicken
- 2 eggs, whisked.
- 1 tsp dried mixed herbs.
- Spring onions, sliced
- Pinch of pepper
- Parmesan and/or cheddar cheese, grated
- Optional ingredients: Ham, bacon, corn, chopped and cooked meat/ vegetables etc. (This is the part where you can get creative and add whatever you like)
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180C. Lightly grease muffin pan.
- Cook Indomie noodles according to package instructions.
- Drain the noodles and mix with the seasonings.
- Mix together the noodles, dried herbs, eggs, spring onions, pepper and other optional ingredients.
- Spoon equal portions in muffin pans and top with cheese.
- Cook in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until set.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Serve as a light lunch with salad or as a snack.
