Are you highly organised, people-focused, and passionate about delivering quality sporting experiences? We’re looking for an Administration & Module Delivery Support superstar to join the team at Quality Events Limited and play a key role in the successful delivery of Touch Modules and events.
This position exists to provide high-quality administration and Module delivery support to Quality Events Limited, ensuring our Touch Modules and events run efficiently, professionally, and with exceptional customer service.
You will work closely with the QEL Manager and key stakeholders, including Touch New Zealand and relevant Provincial Associations.
Coordinate specified Touch Modules as directed by the QEL Manager
Coordinate referees for assigned Modules
Support the delivery of additional QEL tournaments and events as required
Ensure all Modules have the required resources, equipment, and Touch balls sourced through approved providers
Develop the annual QEL budget in partnership with the QEL Manager and finance team
Deliver the Touch Module registration process via the Touch New Zealand online registration system and liaise with Provincial Associations
Produce and communicate weekly competition draws using the approved draw system
Deliver and publish weekly results and updated points tables
Act as the first point of contact for Quality Events Limited
Respond to Module enquiries in a timely and professional manner
Support communication platforms including social media, website content, and newsletters
Support accurate financial reporting in partnership with the finance team, including following up and collecting Module fees

Thrives in a dynamic sporting environment
A passion for community sport and experience within Touch or event delivery would be advantageous.
